New Developer Members of the Opps Platform

At its most recent board meeting, the Opps Platform confirmed the addition new Developer Members. Developer Members are added in recognition of their contribution to the Opps community. This may mean contributions to Opps's core, contributions to significant Opps-related libraries or tools, or efforts in organizing events in the Opps community.

The Opps Platform board added the following two individuals as members, recognising their contribution to the broader Opps community:
