If you have a Seduction skill of 6 or higher when you first meet her, she'll let you call her V.V., which means she likes you. You can also help her with some quests involving a rival vampire and a stalker fan.

Romero: The ghoul who guards the cemetery in Hollywood is a romance option for female characters of any clan. To romance him, you'll need a Seduction skill of at least 5, and agree to help him with his zombie problem. You can either do his quest or offer to keep him company for a while. Either way, he'll be grateful and smitten with you.

Mira Giovanni: The seductive member of the Giovanni family who attends the party at their mansion is a romance option for male characters of any clan. To romance her, you'll need a Seduction skill of at least 8, and flirt with her during the party. She'll be hard to impress at first, but if you persist, she'll eventually warm up to you.

Heather Poe: The young woman who becomes your ghoul after you save her life at the hospital is a romance option for any clan and gender. To romance her, you'll need to be kind to her and accept her gifts. You can also change her appearance and outfit to suit your preferences. However, be careful not to abuse her loyalty or neglect her safety, as she may end up in trouble or leave you.

These are not the only characters you can flirt with or have intimate scenes with in the game, but they are the most fleshed out and rewarding ones.
