Course points are not getting added/counted

Hi Alex,

I have setup moodle, oppia django and oppia mobile. Now after completing activity in a course(10 points for each activity), points are not getting added in the database or server. But server is showing the number of completed activities with no points. Only quiz points are getting added correctly.

Please help me in resolving this.

Hi Lakshmi,

I'm not exactly sure what's going on here - is there a link to the app and server you can share with me to test out?

Something that might be causing this issue is that if you are a course teacher (or Oppia admin user), then you don;t get awarded points (only student get points etc), see: https://oppiamobile.readthedocs.io/en/latest/gamification.html#who-can-earn-points-badges
