Hi, Alex!
I'm contributing from Tanzania, and I'm just soon started to use OppiaMobile with my students and some faculty. I think, the idea is good so that you can efforts to android versions that are currently used. I think in my simple observation in Tanzania especially Dar es Salaam city, most of people using these smartphone buy more recent one.
But also one thin I have noted, OppiaMobile also might be lagging behind from the versions it supports. This is because when we were setting to mobile modern version of Sumsung (known: Galaxy Grand Prine - Duos) oppiaMobile couldn't install well, when you oppen it says, Oppia Mobile crashed, If there is a solution to it please, I welcome.
