Hi Alex,

do you receive crash reports or should we also report to this list?

Hi Ronald - I get some crash reports through the bugsense/splunk integration - but I'm not sure that I always get all the reports (perhaps only if the user is connected at the time). So yes, please feel free to report to this list too so I can get a better idea of what issues users are having and can prioritise how to fix them.
Cheers,
Alex

Thanks Ronald... I realised that the crash reports were just held in the Google Play store- but they don't automatically get emailed to me - which is why I missed them.

I've added an issue on github about this (as the crash report has the stack trace): https://github.com/DigitalCampus/oppia-mobile-android/issues/382

What you could do to try to resolve (for now at least) is to uninstall the app, then delete all the directories under <sdcard>/digitalcampus/modules/ then reinstall the app and see if that fixes it (it'll mean downloading the courses again though).

You could also just try removing these directories (without the uninstall/reinstall of the app) too in case that fixes it.

Anyway - please let me know if either of those sort out the problem for now or not.
Cheers,
Alex
