Oppia installation

Hi all,
I have an issue with setting up Oppia locally. I am using WSL to install the project. I am currently on step 4 under windows and wsl2. Whenever I attempt to run "python -m scripts.start", I get this:.png?part=0.1&view=1)
I am not sure if this is the expected result or not. I would really appreciate some assistance and clarity.

Hi, could you please try to run python -m scripts.regenerate_requirements and send the results?
