Announcing release v3.2.6 of Oppia!

Hey everyone,

I am happy to announce that release 3.2.6 is now live!

This release introduces multiple improvements and bug fixes for the Learner and Creator pages as well as the Contributors dashboard pages. A huge Angular migration of the schema based editors was also finished. Our ongoing improvements to speed of pages are also part of this release.
