Announcing release v3.2.5 of Oppia!

Hey everyone,

I am happy to announce that release 3.2.5 is now live!

This release introduces multiple improvements and bug fixes for the Learner and Creator pages as well as the Contributors dashboard pages. There are also multiple changes improving developer UX and moving forward in the direction of Angular migration.

Please welcome Dhruv Rishishwar for whom this release marks their first contribution to Oppia!
