Been having trouble uploading images

Recently i keep having trouble uploading images, for some reasons it says that the images exceed 100kb file size but i have made sure multiple times that that isnt the case. For some reason it just allows me to upload very low quality less than 10 kb sizes.

Also having this issue. Need to replace some out of slides on a training session I created.

Hi all -- I'm not sure what's going on here. Could you provide some examples of images that should work, but don't? We can then try to investigate.

Hi Juan, Paul -- can you please provide an image that you are having trouble uploading? We're trying to debug this and it would really help if we had an image to reproduce this issue.
