I would be keen to work on the Guide for Oppia Developers.  

I am a member of the Sahana Software Foundation, a Python/Web2Py open source software for disaster management. I am quite familiar with developer guidelines. I am also familiar with production and document maintenance as we practice similar concepts in maintaining our documentation; mainly the Wiki (e.g. http://eden.sahanafoundation.org/wiki/UserGuidelines/SAMBRO) . Additionally, I serve as a Senior Research Fellow for LIRNEasia; where I do most of my research. I have written many technical reports.
