Prev. year proposal inaccessible

Hey,
I am not able to download pdf from this https://raw.githubusercontent.com/wiki/oppia/oppia/pdfs/GSoC2022ChVishnuNithinReddy.pdf

Though I tried different browsers, my friend browser still not able to dowbload such files which are mentioned here in this wiki page.

Help!

Actually, downloading those files works for me. Could it be an issue with your friend's browser?
