To contribute to Oppia for GSOC 2023

Hello Oppia,

          This is Sai Rithvik Padma, a Computer Science undergrad at BITS Pilani. I recently started doing open source contributions. Can you suggest some good first issues to start contributing to the organization. 

I am a frontend developer with tech stack - HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, jQuery, React.js, Node.js, python, c and java. I am always open to learning new technologies to become better in development.
