I am Rishi Kejriwal, currently a 2nd year student, studying Computer Science and Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology(IIT), Roorkee, and I would love to contribute to Oppia Foundation for open source and also the upcoming GSoC, 2023. I am currently a full stack developer, and I am well versed with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, Python, Git, PHP and MySQL, and I would like to use my knowledge and experience to contribute to your organization.
I would be grateful if you can share some points how to get started with contributing to Oppia.

I am Adarsh Babele, a student of Samrat Ashok Technical Institute,Vidisha.I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering. I am new to open source contributions but am well versed with  C++, JavaScript, CSS, HTML and Node.js. I would like to contribute to OPPIA, but could you please tell me how to start?

As a beginner, I am not familiar with the technology used in Oppia and was wondering if you could recommend any resources to help me learn.

Also, I would like to know if you can recommend specific areas or topics within Oppia that you think I could make a good initial contribution to. It would also be helpful if you could give me some guidance on how to set up the development environment for Oppia.

I am very interested in getting involved and any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
