Error in setting up Oppia

While setting up oppia, i am getting errno 110 (Connection timed out) while downloading a dependency, during python -m scripts.start command. I have tried running it several times, but each time the execution stops at the same dependency, (Attempt 2 of 2 failed when downloading https://raw.githubusercontent.com/angular-ui/ui-leaflet/v1.0.3/dist/ui-leaflet.min.no-header.js.). Plz help if anyone knows the solution.

Hey,
1) Might be your connection is not stable while downloading dependencies.
2) You may try this:
       Note: If you run into errors while installing Oppia, please try running python -m scripts.clean and running start.py again.
