PRDs added to projects 1.1, 1.3 and 1.6

Hi all,

Just wanted to give you all a heads-up that we've added some draft PRDs (product requirements documents) to GSoC projects 1.1, 1.3 and 1.6. Thanks to Diana (cc'd) for compiling these! 

You can find the PRDs in the "Useful resources" section in the Project Ideas list. Note that some parts of the PRDs are not specced out fully for aspects of the project that are up to the applicant, but those parts are clearly marked (typically, they are highlighted in red).

We hope that these PRDs are useful to those of you who are working on these projects (or thinking of doing so). If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them on oppia-gsoc-discuss@.
