[GSoC 2025] Remember to submit proposals on the GSoC website

Note: If you're not submitting a proposal for GSoC 2025, you can skip this announcement.

Hi all,

If you are applying for GSoC 2025, this is a reminder to make sure you submit your proposal on the official GSoC website at https://summerofcode.withgoogle.com/. If you don't do this, and something goes wrong in the last few hours of the submission period that makes you unable to upload the file, we will not be physically able to accept your application -- the system will not allow it.

Note that you can resubmit your proposal multiple times to the GSoC website, and each new submission will override the older one. If needed, you can keep resubmitting updated proposals to the website until the April 8 1800 UTC deadline.
