If backend tests are unexpectedly failing on your PR, please merge from develop

Hi Oppia developers,

PR #14095, which (among other things) fixed broken backend tests on develop, was merged this morning. If you encountered unexpected backend test failures on the CI in your PRs (related to core.controllers.base_test), please merge develop into your branch and re-push. Thanks!

Also, as a reminder, if you run into any unexpected test failures in the future on the develop branch, please feel free to raise these to the Oppia Core Maintainers team, so that we can look into them. You can contact the team at oppia-core-...@googlegroups.com.
