Frontend test are failing on develop

Hi Oppia devs,

FYI, frontend tests are failing on develop branch, I'm working on reverting the PR which caused the issue. I hope this will fix the issue.

Hi all,

It looks like the failure is happening on develop branch and it won't affect the PRs. I've initiated a PR to fix the issue and I'll get it merged asap.
