Lint check failure in develop is now fixed

Hi all,

The lint checks in develop were failing recently due to a pylint dependency upgrade. This has been fixed by PR https://github.com/oppia/oppia/pull/14321, which was just merged. Please merge develop into your PR branches, so that your CI checks pass.
