Announcing release v3.2.2 of Oppia!

Hi all,

Release v3.2.2 was deployed to Oppia.org a few days ago. This release largely contains bug fixes for the learner and contributor experience. It also adds Hausa, Igbo and Yoruba languages to the site and updates the UI for the navbar and the sidebar.

Please welcome Aman Singh Jolly, Ayush Jain, Karishma Vanwari, Pankaj Prajapati, Shivam, Sreelaya Vuyyuru, Taylor Murray, and Vishnu Nithin Reddy for whom this release marks their first contribution to Oppia!
