Announcing release v3.2.7 of Oppia!

Hi All,

I am happy to announce that release 3.2.7 is now live!

This release introduces speed improvements to the splash and math classroom pages. It includes multiple improvements and bug fixes for the Learner and Creator pages as well as the Contributors dashboard pages.

Please welcome Brijmohan Siyag, Qinghao Yang, Shiori Nozawa, Akhilesh Ratnakumar, and Shun Nagasaki for whom this release marks their first contribution to Oppia!
