License activation failed in riverbed modeler academic edition 17.5

Hello

I am having problem in license activation of riverbed modeler academic edition 17.5 .I have done all the steps as mentioned but have failed activation.Really don't know the problem.

I have facing the same issue.
After obtaining the License Approval Code here
https://rpmapps.riverbed.com/ae/4dcgi/REG_TransactionCodeSubmit
the Riverbed Modeler 17.5 Academic Edition says it's invalid.

Is there a solution of this problem?
I'm using Windows 8 x64
