COMMUNITY LIFE
Chili Cook-Off & Silent Auction: Our second annual Chili Cook-Off and Silent Auction will take place on Saturday, March 5th at 6:00 PM. This will be a fun evening of food, friends, and goodies. All money raised benefits youth activities and camp for the coming year. We are accepting sign-ups for chili and contributions to the silent auction. For more information, see Pastor Travis. Thank you for supporting our teens!
Please be praying for our quizzers on Saturday, March 5th as they compete in the District Quiz Meet at Olathe Westside. The Blue Team is Oliver Christy, Ricky Li, Amy Tao, & Jethro Tang. The Red Team is Patience Baldwin, Stella Christy, Claire Sailors & Faith Wilson.
The children's department is in need of 40-50 empty (one dozen) egg cartons. Please bring your donations to Karla Christy by March 12th. They also need 75 picture frames that they can re-purposed for a VBS craft this year. They can use anything 5x7 or smaller. If you have any questions please see Pat Willhite. VBS is June 6-10.
Annual Seminarian Offering for Nazarene Theological Seminary Students: On Sunday, March 13th, we will receive the Seminarian offering, which goes to assist in providing scholarships for ministers in training at Nazarene Theological Seminary. Our church has been blessed through the years with many students, faculty and administrators from the school, and more than ever they need our support. Would you plan to give to this important offering by check, cash, or through online giving at www.opnazarene.org/give. If you use the online giving option, please note your gift for NTS. Thanks!

PULSE & ONE MINISTRIES
Pulse: During Lent, we are exploring the sacrifice that comes with being a Christian. What are those things that God calls us to lay at the altar? What ways are we called to serve others? Please join us as we journey through this season together.
Parent Meeting: After worship this morning, we will have a potluck lunch and meeting to discuss vision and events for the upcoming Spring and Summer. We will also finalize needs for our fundraiser, to be held this Saturday.

Children, first thru fifth grade will remain in the service today.
Congrats to Oliver, Stella, Amy, Jethro, and Faith for memorizing all 20 of their quizzing Bible verses this year!
