Just Added - Waiting First Check"

Good afternoon,

I have a problem, I added my firewall (SonicWall TZ215) via snmp, it authenticates, but only stays in the "Just added - waiting first check" status.

If I open the host, and execute the command, it executes normally, returning the status of "OK", but in the tab "Host" and in the "Services" tab it stays in that status.

Can someone help me ?

  Hello Rafael,

could you check in the console if the opmon process is running? Please issue this command ps -ef | grep "opmon -d" .

   Also, could you confirm your version, 7.0.0 ou 7.0.2? If you are not using 7.0.2, please issue a yum update on the console, we had some fixes on configuration apply.

Tools > Configurations >>

  Tools > Export > Apply Configuration (OR Submit Full Export)

i check the Export option, and i see the error mensage, i just alter a command line in host and the error was solved.
