Lots of stuff is happening with OPML these days, so I thought it was a
good time to start a new mail list.
I also stabilized the OPML website. It had been hosted in Manila, a
fairly massive CMS and blogging system we developed at UserLand in the
late 90s and early 2000s. Now it's a fully static site hosted on S3.
And there it shall stay, we hope, until it's no longer needed.

The new stuff will be happening in the world outline. But now I feel
like the past is safe. :-)
