Hi Pam,
I was about 53-54 when I began menopause, and I'm now 61. No hysterectomy yet, and no hormone replacement therapy either. Luckily, my family genes don't include any female related cancer. more...

Howdy Pam,
I had a hysterectomy when I was 39, I still my ovaries so no replacement hormone therapy. I also wanted all to know that I finally got my CT scan and I am waiting for the results. more...
Given the pain I still have in my neck and the limited motion of my
neck, I would not let a chiro touch me. I'm sure they will want to do
some kind of adjustment and I don't think I could or would handle it
very well. That said, I do think it is a good idea to keep your body
in tune and in shape - I think I would have less issues right now if I
were in better shape. My 2c.
