Support for OPKG packages onto the target Board for aarch64

We are currently in the process of installing opkg packages onto our target board. However, we have encountered an issue where opkg.conf does not have any source links to fetch. As a result, we are unsure of what files and its structure are required to be implemented on the board.

Could you please provide us with more information on the files and structure required to be implemented on the board? Any guidance or support on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
