As I have the Creator Update Win 10 and can launch the Olympus viewer then vexing as it is the problem is specific to your computer configuration. What I have found vexing in Windows 10 is that the Adobe Bridge card reader is unable to identify and download Olympus raw files yet in OSX it works fine. Go figure.

Me too just connected the cam to mac book pro and used the olympus vw 2 software update software 5 mins later im done thanks for the tip.
now my controls work correctly with the viewfinder
that was really a nuisance thanks again N
