Hi OpCom,
The agenda for tomorrow's meeting is coming together gradually based on individual progress on specific policy so that it's not possible to provide an agenda right now.

One thing we will definitely be covering though is a change being brought to us by Maggie, the Emergency Services Coordinator, in order to ensure that houses make adequate preparations for the possibility of an earthquake or other emergency.

If you get a chance, please read over the attached documents explaining the change. Some items for OpCom discussion:
--> penalty for not performing assigned responsibilities related to emergency preparation responsibilities; one idea discussed by Maggie and Monique (the Member Resources Supervisor) is to tie it to 5% of the manager's comp.
--> any other general comments.
--> Maggie will be asking all houses for feedback; is there any specific feedback OpCom would like to see before passing this policy? She already has feedback from some houses.
