Hi,
I'm breaking the staff-issued conditional contract material into two separate documents: documentation of the current practices, and possible creation of new practices. The reasons why are explained in the attached document, which is documentation of the current practices. More docs coming shortly...as usual, feel free to send me questions or concerns.
