Hi all,

Mario, I've generated a program reading your gz-zipped files and
building the operon-DB. Works fine.

I also had to change my code to read your excel file instead of my xml
file and too handle the new types.

About this, I've some small tricky problems because Java doesn't
handle 'unsigned' values, so I've got to play with the bits, but
nothing impossible.

I've implemented the java code reading the uterms/ lterms / ewords /
xterms / iterms. Works fine too.

I'll play with those databases next year :-)
