All your databases on cabernet have been transferred and converted to
BerkeleyDB here on my PC. 3.1 Go
I've also created the Java wrappers for those DB.
I'm still trying to understand how to browse the knowledge from
XTerms. A pseudo-code would be great.
In the next days, I will work for Florence's team: setting-up a local
mediawiki and creating a Knime node extracting the information (QC)
from a linkage/result file.
