[opdev] GUI as a java web start application

I've transformed my grapical application for operon as a Java Web
Start Application: it means that it is always available and up-to-date
for anybody in the world but it requires a local version of operon on
the client-side.

Requirement:

* Java 1.6
* BerkeleyDB 4.7
* a $LD_LIBRARY_PATH containing the BerkeleyDB lib

You can access this application from:

http://cabernet.cng.fr/jnlp/operon/operongui.jnlp

This should open a WebStart dialog

The best place to test this is from cabernet using /operon/new/bdb
