A few points:

1) Action/decision
* current dev. of the API is ok
* Mario will write a kind of 'relational' schema of the API
* Pierre now writes the structures around Operon and each database

2) I tested the JAVA-API on operon: got a DB_VERSION_MISMATCH.
Please, be sure the version is upgraded to 4.7 next time operon will
be installed

3) I wrote the methods around the 'organisms' and 'chromosomes'. Again
I use a hack to generate the code.
For example, the organism are stored in the following xml file:

the following XSLT stylesheets will produce the methods:
