[opdev] cabernet

Hi All,

I've installed most of the required package to use the components of my library:

* the sources are in ~/src/polymorphism

* the C source were compiled in src/polymorphism/operon/build but here
I get a 'core-dump' (need to resolve this)

* if you open 'eclipse' on cabernet, you'll see the java environment
