[opdev] operon on cabernet

Mario,
I've transposed most of the functionalities of Operon from
Paulliac+html to Cabernet+GWT (see screenshot).

I now need to fix some minor issues but we can consider that this
server can be released before the end of the month.

As I'll be away next week, it would be nice if you (or others) could
write me some 'labels' to decorate the site (e.g: "The following form
allow you to upload a list of SNP , create a project", "This is
OPERON, ..." , etc...) , a set of icons ( e.g.: logo-operon, logo-cng,
back, confirm, ok, projects, upload, users, etc...),...
