Mario,
here is a first output of a test using your database to search the
following terms:
* "EIF4G" (should be found in UTerms)
* "Roxan" (in LTerms)
* "(d)J" (in EWords)
The ouput below is the result of the following code: see function
"search(String term)" in
http://code.google.com/p/polymorphism/source/browse/trunk/joperon/src/java/fr/cephb/joperon/search/SearchOperon.java
Now, AFAIK, I need to look in RTerms (from XTerms->rterm) to explore
those results. (But I haven't a clear idea of the meaning of all the
fields in xterms)
