[opdev] SVG map of SnpMap

Hi all,
I've implemented various methods with the 'FID' for my java server,
for example something like "give me an iterator to find things between
those two positions".
As a proof-of-concept I've implemented a piece of software displaying
a svg map (in attachement, open it with firefox) from a given
chromosome/start/end. The image is clickable.
