[ANNOUNCEMENT] Operator Framework Elections Results

Hi everyone,

Voting for the Operator Framework chairs is now closed. Ish and I would like to thank
everyone who voted and all nominees for their dedication to the success of the Operator Framework community.

The new leaders are as shown below:
