Null Namespace permission generated bundle

Hi,

My operator does not have any namespace role. However, in the generated CSV containers

      permissions:
      - rules: null
        serviceAccountName: elasticsearch-operator

How do I run the make bundles without these lines? Thanks.

Which version of operator-sdk are you using? I've seen this bug before, and it was fixed in v1.1.0
