The operator-sdk (1.2.0), "init" command generates a Makefile that uses
'docker' to build and push the container image.
Is there a way/are there plans to generate the Makefile using 'podman'
rather than 'docker'?
The solution could be similar to the way that the KUSTOMIZE environment
variable is set.
