We would be basically looking at students for a role in our Operations & Sales teams.
For Operations:
· End-to-End shipment handling.
· Co-ordination/Planning Documentation/Execution/Post Shipment follow up etc.
· Collaborates with Business Development to evaluate service gaps, and ensure customer satisfaction with product offerings.
· Responds to customer escalations to resolve typical issues (e.g., billing, etc.) and address complex customer concerns (e.g., customer rates, etc.)
· Comply with preferred carrier compliance (e.g., cost, service, etc.) to meet customer and product expectations and match organizational goals.
For Sales:
· Will be responsible for assisting the TEAM SALES with all elements related to marketing & business development (grow and protect).
· Will work closely with the TEAM SALES to assist with business generation, client services, client relations, research, and preparation of presentation materials.
· Responsible for assisting with the activation of sales for all UTi products.
· Assist GM SALES/ SALES COORDINATOR with administrative duties.
