Extensions on the fly, load SOME at startup

I don't use all my chosen extensions all of the time, but I do like to
use some of them extensions all of the time. I don't load extensions on
start up just for that reason, I just want a few of them to load at start
up.

Perhaps adding "Load at Startup" in addtion to Enable/Uninstall on the
Extensions page.

Even without that, I would like to be able to Opera -> Extensions and the
UI would load a list of my installed extensions, and I could click on the
ones I want.

I don't like having to open a "page" every time I want to load
extensions. Please, please!
