Open the download pop-up on the same screen with the main Opera window

Hello everyone,

with a dual monitor setup, if you move Opera to the second screen and
download a file, or bookmark a site, the window form opens on the firt
monitor.
Could be better if this little form opened on the same screen it was
called from.

The same seems to happen with the email notifications popping up in
the bottom right corner.
