easier customizing of buttons

It would be nice to have a way to create user own buttons, similar to how
it's made in "customize keyboard" section of "preferences". I could
imagine a field in "customize toolbars", section "My buttons", so I could
type a button definition, like in toolbars.ini, but with auto-completion
dropdown.. , and opera would create a button for me, so I could drag it
where I want to.

I use web panel for this purpose right now, but integrated ability would
be very cool.

P.S. run-time customizing of _menus_ would be even more great!

Menus would be nice yes, but are somewhat harder as you need to worry
about placement. A button maker could just produce the button in your "My
buttons" section of the Customize dialog and then let you place it
yourself with drag-and-drop.
