File > Delete private data

Tick "History of typed in addresses" and/or "History of visited pages"

File > Prefernences > History and Cache
and then select 'clear' for the 'typed in' and 'visited' addresses.

Also,
File > Delete Private Data

gives you a nice selection of privacy things to delete
