Opera not remembering sites for offline reading

Can someone explain me what makes Opera "remember" sites' content when I
go offline?
Most of the times my tabs have the very same content which they had when I
was browsing online.
However, from time to time Opera "does something" with the tabs and
basically no pages opened previously are available - it looks as if Opera
tried to fetch (refresh?) pages, but it failed due to now having an
Internet access. As a result, instead of 10 tabs with pages for offline
reading, I have 10 tabs with a message stating that there's no Internet
connection.
How to make Opera always "remember" this?

All,
I have found the problem causing this.
Opera, when Opera Turbo is enabled, tries to unconditionally fetch pages
present in tabs.
Because it fails, due to the lack of the Internet connection to the
Opera's proxy, it
shows an error message.
Would it be possible to make Opera behave as if Opera Turbo wasn't enabled
for offline access?

Hi,
Ubuntu installer updated my Opera to 11.11
Opera 11.11 made it even worse. Now even with Opera Turbo turned off pages
are not remembered.
Is it a known problem?
