Opera Promote Pages Down?

Hi,

I've been trying to access the promote pages http://www.opera.com/promote/
to may be sign up for their affiliate program, but all I am getting are
blank pages.

Is anyone else experiencing the same? Or is it just me for some reason?

Jusat tried it here with no problems...maybe a cache problem? Try
emptying the cache and retry it.
