Printing Plug-in content of .pdf

I can view the page
http://seatechmarinetraining.com/docs/uscg_smallvessel.pdf but when print
preview comes up, the page shows "Plug-in content" instead of the actual
content. This is with Win XP pro, Opera v9.24 and Adobe Reader v8.1.1 as a
plug-in.

If I save the doc to disk and bring it up using Acrobat Reader, I can
print OK. Thoughts?
