I have a page (generated by a CGI script) over which I have complete
control. Can I persuade Opera (and any other browsers that want to) to
reload the page whenever the user navigates back to it?

Because this page is generated by a CGI script I have complete control
over both the HTTP headers and the HTML content, so hopefully this not
too difficult. I'm already sending "Expires: -1" in the HTTP headers,
but this alone is not sufficient. I suspect I will have to somehow
inhibit caching.

I had a similar problem. Switching the Cache ON again solved my
problem.
